My workout routine kicked off at a modest gym near Sportlaan 12 in Amsterdam. It wasn't flawless, yet it was reachable, budget-friendly, and it helped me maintain consistency.
After that facility shuttered, I observed how rapidly the fitness landscape in Netherlands was changing. Fresh gyms opened, new ideas emerged, and marketing grew louder than the actual member experience.
I began testing various gyms and classes, jotting notes after each visit. Eventually those notes evolved into this site, created to help others make more informed decisions.

When I review a fitness center, I typically:
